Journal Description

The Journal of Experiential Learning in Business (JELB) is an international, double-blind-peer-reviewed journal, publishing refereed articles focused on experiential learning in business. JELB provides an outlet for theoretical, empirical, or descriptive research related to simulations, games, and experiential techniques used to enhance business education.  JELB is a publication of the Association for Business Simulation and Experiential Learning (ABSEL).

JELB welcomes submissions from established and emerging scholars writing about experiential learning in the context of business or higher education in business and related disciplines.

If you have a question regarding the suitability of a manuscript, please contact the Editor. For preliminary article inquiries send a short (<200 word) description of the paper concept or outline of the research.
